These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of payment services provided by Tubs of Tasmania  when you, make payments via Stripe.

By proceeding with a payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Payment Method

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can pay using any major credit or debit card accepted by Stripe.

We do not store your card information on our systems. All card data is encrypted and processed securely through Stripe’s platform.

2. Fees & Charges

The total amount payable will be clearly stated before you confirm your payment.
Processing fees are included in the price unless otherwise stated.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final and Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

We reserve the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

4. Cancellations

To cancel a service, please notify us in writing at tubsoftasmania.com.au with at least 5 working days notice.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you have any issues with a payment or service, please contact us at info@tubsoftasmania.com.au  before initiating a dispute. We aim to resolve concerns quickly and professionally.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We never share or sell your data. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe in compliance with industry standards (PCI DSS).
